Ineffective and useless application, and the customer service is terrible. I've reported my issue multiple times, and while they claimed to have fixed it, nothing actually improved; it felt like they just filled in a blank field and then mark the issue as done. GKYS.

Very complicated application doesn't give what you want, can not change language, wasted more than one hour to find how can I get a copy of my bill paid through Fawry no way, also they make it so difficult to go around the application like ترتيب تصاعدي ؟ no one knows what they want, finally couldn't get the info Needed even from service 121!!!! very poor service I asked her if the tariff went up? how much did I consume in July? she answered you can get it from the website?? nothing

Very bad, almost useless app. You cannot pay your "postpaid" invoice by credit card (got an error with fawry code). I think this is the simplest and most commonly used service and still not working properly. Haven't tried other services. Extremely disappointing.
