ever since I updated the App all services are suspended for no obvious reason. It keeps on saying "connection error"! I see no reason for an update at all if it's not going to work. Why even bother!! Now I'm have to take myself all the way to the company just to get my reading

the App still not working and not even when submitting the reading!! Not to mention, when it comes on paying the bill it keeps on saying "failure on extracting the bills"

Not working. Every time I try to launch the application a message appears that stating the application needs to update although there is no update available 😕
