The most useless app ever. Whoever is responsible for maintaining and running it should get a medal for incompetence. Whats the point of 'Oh we are so digital!' if you can't even make an app work? maybe go back to paper and pencil.

I don't have the words to describe how disappointing this app is..it's completely useless and waste of time..either it's the app or the servers which this app is using are outdated..either way the app is very slow, not user friendly, hard to navigate..although both options are available i.e making an account or to sign in with Nafath but unfortunately mone of them work properly.. Needs alot of improvement.. I am giving one star to this app, because there is no option of giving zero..

Very non professional, they stored previous visa login data, but block your number at which you registered the account because your number expired because of visa expiration, so now you can't access, every time you try either its error msg or code sent to the registered mobile number which you can't access.
