About this app

Manage the maintenance of your equipment from your phone. Report a breakdown, follow work orders, plan preventive maintenance and inspections. Everything is kept in your own Google Sheets file, shared with your team.

Fixeets Maintenance is a CMMS (maintenance management software) for maintenance teams, facility managers, field technicians and small businesses. It replaces the paper logbook and the messy spreadsheet with a simple maintenance app, while your data stays in Google Sheets.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign in with your Google account.
2. Add your equipment, or import your existing list (Excel, CSV).
3. Schedule your preventive maintenance and inspections.
4. Your technicians report breakdowns and fill in their work order reports from their phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Keep an equipment record for each machine or asset: photo, attached files, QR code and full maintenance history
- Report a breakdown or an incident from your phone, with a photo
- Create a work order and fill in the intervention report: time spent, parts used, photos
- Print an intervention report or save it as PDF
- Schedule preventive maintenance by frequency (weeks, months, years) or by usage (hours, km, cycles): the next due dates are planned automatically
- Run inspections and periodic checks with control sheets (checklists, readings)
- Scan an equipment QR code to open its record on site
- See planned work in the calendar and sync it with Google Calendar
- Email the responsible technician automatically when an incident is reported
- Follow maintenance costs, downtime, availability, MTBF and MTTR with simple analyses
- Link your spare parts stock (Fixeets Inventory): parts used in a work order are deducted automatically
- Add your technicians and give each collaborator their own rights

Every breakdown becomes a work order, assigned to a technician and closed with a clear report. Preventive maintenance plans remind you what is due, so overdue tasks no longer slip through. The whole history of each piece of equipment stays in one place, ready for an audit.
