EVICTION-PAPER ORGANIZER
Use on-device text extraction to organize details from a notice or court paper. Automated classification and dates can be wrong. The app does not calculate or certify filing, cure, hearing, or move-out deadlines. It links to current official court forms where available and to official or nonprofit help sources.

COURT-FORM PREPARATION WORKSHEETS
Prepare a clearly labeled worksheet that organizes information to copy into the court’s current official form. Worksheets are not official court forms and are not substitutes for a filing.

RENTAL SCREENING / ADVERSE ACTION
Organize a rental-denial notice and prepare a free-report request or dispute template. Any 60-day date is shown only after you confirm when you received the notice. CFPB sources are included.

REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS
Prepare and edit a disability-related accommodation or modification request with a link to current HUD information.

HOUSING SEARCH & LANGUAGE ACCESS
Track listings and use translated tour questions. Automated or unreviewed translations may contain errors; legal-critical copy stays in reviewed English until qualified human review.

OPTIONAL TENANT PRO
Tenant Pro adds opt-in cloud backup, supported file restoration, household sharing, and a 24-hour initial-response window for issue support. The purchase sheet shows the current localized price, auto-renewal terms, and any introductory-trial eligibility. Free-user feedback is also reviewed, without a response-time guarantee.

Tenant Toolkit is a not-for-profit project. Subscription proceeds help cover infrastructure and maintenance as usage and features grow.

PRIVACY
Core records are stored locally by default. Operating-system sharing or backup features may copy data outside the app. If you choose Tenant Pro cloud backup, supported data is protected by authenticated account and household access controls and provider encryption in transit and at rest; it is not represented as end-to-end encrypted. Household members you invite can access shared records.
