About this app
FixRally is the network for trade pros. Turn your own customers into leads.
Your customer asks, "Do you know someone for this?" An HVAC customer needs an electrician. A dryer vent customer needs appliance repair. Or you're booked up this week. Tap Refer, send the link from your own phone, and your customer says yes before anyone contacts them. Up to 5 pros nearby send a quote, and your customer picks one.
Homeowners can post a job
Describe the job and add photos. Up to 5 local pros quote and you pick the one you like. Getting quotes is free.
Only the picked pro pays
The pro the customer picks pays a referral fee: 10% of the job, minimum $15, no cap. The fee shows on every lead and is locked on that lead when you quote. Pros who aren't picked pay nothing, never for leads they don't win. Fees can change; the current fee always shows on the lead.
For the whole trade
Business owners, technicians, independent technicians, vendors and members each get what they need: refer customers, quote jobs, add your team and your licenses, list installers, or post a job.
Groups
Join groups for your trade and your city, a few ZIP codes, your state or the whole country. A referral sent to a group goes to its members first for 15 minutes. Members elect their leader.
FixRally AI
Post a question with photos and turn on the instant answer. FixRally AI replies first, then pros who know the problem add theirs. The FixRally account also posts short tips for your trade and your part of the country. AI posts are always labeled and checked by our team.
Show your work
Stories from the job, the Local board (crews free today, tools and parts, sub-contract work), your licenses on your business page, recommendations from pros who worked with you, and a reputation that grows with good answers and finished jobs.
Plans
Starter, Plus and Elite. Everything is free while we launch.
Safe for you and your customers
Customers say yes first. Phone numbers and emails stay hidden until the customer picks a pro, and they are masked in chat. Report or block anyone; a person on our team reviews every report. Delete your account in the app at any time.
FixRally is free to join.
