Fixwise is the repair shop app for phone and electronics repair businesses. Book in a device in under a minute, photograph and check its condition, track every repair ticket, take payments, print or share job slips and receipts, and keep customers updated on WhatsApp or SMS, all from your phone.

REPAIR TICKETS IN SECONDS • Customer, phone number, device, brand, model, IMEI or serial number, fault and promised date on one screen • Photos of the device at intake and on the job, up to your plan's photo limit • Condition check at intake: screen, back, buttons, camera, charging port and biometrics, with any faults noted • Record the screen lock PIN, password or pattern. It is stored encrypted and stays hidden until revealed • Take an advance payment at intake and print or share a job slip for the customer • Edit device details, IMEI, serial number and promised date from the job screen
