About this app

Fixzep (Customer) is a React Native / Expo app for homeowners and residents who want to request professional home services—repairs, maintenance, and related work—without leaving the app.

Discovery and booking
The Home experience highlights your service area, promotional banners, and categories of services. You can open a category, view service details, and use search to find what you need. The app is built around a clear path from browsing to booking.

Cart and checkout
Add services to a cart, then complete checkout with scheduling and address details as the flow requires. Payments are integrated (e.g. Razorpay) so you can pay in-app where enabled.

Orders
The Orders area shows your bookings and their status (e.g. pending, confirmed, in progress, technician on site, completed, cancelled). You can open an order for details, follow progress, and use features tied to the job (such as images for documenting issues, within configured limits).

Account and support
Profile covers account-related tasks such as saved addresses and preferences aligned with how your backend is set up. The app uses secure storage for session-style data and supports push notifications so you stay updated on bookings.
