Ratings and reviews

We placed our first order today and the overall experience was amazing. The app is convenient to use and the navigation allowed us to check all the items required. The checkout process was easy to follow. The items were delivery quickly as per our expectation. Also the quality of the consumable items was very good and the fruits/vegetables were fresh. We look forward to place our next order soon. Please continue to offer the same quality of services. Suggestions: Kindly add more products.

Delivery time was 10 mins but took them 45 minutes in reality! Even the customer service didn't do anything about it so I deleted the app after the incident. Oh and I've NEVER recieved fresh milk /toast. They always bring yesterday's or before yesterday's date 😒

A must-have app on every phone in Kuwait. Very user-friendly. Got items delivered in 10 mins. Neat clean packing. Consumable items were fresh. Can rely on Fiz for quality and speed.
