first of all, I have not been able to scan any tickets into the play it again contest for over a year. I have probably lost put on a jackpot due to the amount if tickets i buy! I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, cache cleared, restart phone, check internet connection, nothing works. very frustrated. second, I do not live how I have to select the game name each time I go to scan a ticket for 2nd chance.

The ticket scan feature doesn't work very often. I threw away a ticket that I scanned when it said I didn't win. The next time that happened, I decided to scan it on a machine at the gas station before discarding it. It was a winner!! I could have thrown away a million dollars!! Most of the time, I just get error messages when I scan my tickets. This app is pretty worthless.

Having a hard time finding the option to scan tickets. any help would be great.
