The ticket scan feature doesn't work very often. I threw away a ticket that I scanned when it said I didn't win. The next time that happened, I decided to scan it on a machine at the gas station before discarding it. It was a winner!! I could have thrown away a million dollars!! Most of the time, I just get error messages when I scan my tickets. This app is pretty worthless.

It was hard to create an account on my phone. Had to keep turning the phone sideways and back to get it to show me the next field. The scratch ticket link is broken so you cant see the different scratch games. Tickets are easy to scan to check for winners and easy to enter second chance drawings but there arent any rules or details on them. Needs improvement yet but at least its easy to check fow winners.

App is garbage won't scan my ticket or even work when I type in the ticket number manually
