Anyone can make their own tunes in Forza. It comes down to doing the right math, taking a test drive and knowing when to make a few adjustments. Nothing magic. ForzaTune Pro is a tuning calculator that does the complex math for you, and makes it easy to adjust the car to your driving style and skill.

Q: Is this for beginners or experienced tuners?
A: Both. Experienced tuners use it to save time. Newer tuners use it to learn how to tune.

Q: Why is tuning your cars important?
A: When doing upgrades many of the default tune settings will not match the new build. ForzaTune brings it back to a balanced setup. Also, tuning doesn't affect your PI or race restrictions—so this is how you can gain an advantage over other racers.

Q: How do I use the app?
A: Copy several car details from the game into ForzaTune, hit "Next" and copy the results into the tuning menu in Forza Motorsport or Forza Horizon. There is also a series of video tutorials on YouTube to get you started.

Q: When should I use the gearing option?
A: Select the gearing tune option if you add a turbo, supercharger, cams or perform an engine swap.

Q: What settings and upgrades do I need?
A: You will need racing upgrades like suspension, braking, anti-roll bars, and differential to change the values in the tuning menu. You can also use drift, rally and adjustable stock suspensions when available (like off-road buggies and some trucks in Horizon). You will also have the best results if you disable stability management (STM) and traction control (TCS) for lower class cars. Normal or simulation steering is fine, but simulation steering is recommended in FH5 especially when fine-tuning.

Ratings and reviews

Pretty good for Motorsport and Horizon in all forms of racing! My only issue with it is that sometimes the number values a tune gives me don't match where it shows the slider to be at all, and I don't know which one to believe. While very good at getting most cars dialed in there's just the occasional dud tune that doesn't improve the vehicle's handling at all which can sometimes be frustrating.

Awesome app. I have never been good at setting up suspension. This app gives me something much better than default. And if it still doesn't suit me, they give tools to help modify the setup. Definitely worth it. This would be a blue sky request, but being able to modify values for components that are not upgraded yet and have the rest of the settings compensate would be next level.

Revised review: They did refund me. To clarify my original review, I said some inputs were impossible, I meant with the parts I had. I had a community tuner build that I liked but wanted to adjust the feel. I bought a new car, installed their tune, then equipped all of the parts that tune bought and applied the settings from the app. Not all of the options a tune from the app required were possible due to the parts and buying the required parts would change the class, making the tune impossible.

What's new

This update adds the remaining vehicles for Forza Horizon 5 Series 33 including the Pro Stock Camaro and 2005 SSE Lancer Time Attack. It also fixes an issue with default Raptor R suspension selection.
