huge scam. made an order for two propane tank refills. 30 hours later no driver assigned to the order. called support, no answer. tried to contact support on app but "this is not implemented yet", no way to cancel order or anything. 48 hours later a driver is assigned, texted me asking for extra money, told him I paid on the app, took my two tanks and unassigned himself from the job.

Jacob is really great to work with. He always answers promptly and helps with my orders.

It started out great. Then our order got changed without our being notified and the cost increased. We are charged for a tip and haven't even received the service.
