Ratings and reviews

App is always showing " updating and loading data " when we want to access. Don't know if this will take up our data .. after that, very slow in switching the page. Want to order a drink and load cart, the page straight jumped into payment done without me applying a 50% discount voucher. Check with CS and they say they cannot do anything. BEWARE those who saved your card details, it will just auto check out your cart and you will get up paying more for what you expected.

Really bad experience with the app, order was stuck at processing and took 10 min before it showed as failed. Idk if the order would go through so I just had to wait in the meantime and there was no way to call for help. Voucher didn't get refunded even after a few days after the order failed and customer service is pretty much non-existent.

The rating speaks for itself. I rarely leave a bad review but my experience with flash coffee was really disappointing. They refused to admit that there were bugs in the app that cause the me to pay for delivery as initially the bill shows that the delivery was $0. They refuse to provide any way of rectifying the issue. It's so bad that I turned from a fond supporter to now telling friends and family not to support them.
