Ratings and reviews

App is always showing " updating and loading data " when we want to access. Don't know if this will take up our data .. after that, very slow in switching the page. Want to order a drink and load cart, the page straight jumped into payment done without me applying a 50% discount voucher. Check with CS and they say they cannot do anything. BEWARE those who saved your card details, it will just auto check out your cart and you will get up paying more for what you expected.

will never use this app again. and maybe wont buy anything from flash after. app is laggy, voucher cannot be used, even voucher redeemed from my points. have contacted CS via email. but no response AT ALL. very very bad

Really bad experience with the app, order was stuck at processing and took 10 min before it showed as failed. Idk if the order would go through so I just had to wait in the meantime and there was no way to call for help. Voucher didn't get refunded even after a few days after the order failed and customer service is pretty much non-existent.
