Never use Flash Express if you value your parcels. The delivery crews are careless. They broke my parcel although I wrapped it up with 4 layers of bubble wrap, and sent it back to me. I can't search my tracking number in the "Claim" section, either. So the company itself doesn't take responsibility for the damage it has caused.

The app is trash. All I need is tracking my parcel but the app forced me to register or login with them. The service is awful. My parcel took almost a week to deliver (and by the time I'm writing a review, I haven't received the package yet). Their customer services takes ages to contact, either on live the website live chat or on the call center. Would recommend you to use other service provider.

So stupid service and no one takes the responsibility that the delivery man false. The delivery man is not called and even though I already provided my address he drops the item in the wrong place and didn't come back to me and no contact with such a bad service.
