How can you track a parcel when it no longer shows the location of the parcel. Same on the website. Useless!

never picked up my parcels, simply canceled after some time for no reason. never answered in support chat. awful

It won't authenticate my account, it says my passport number isn't visible when it clearly is. Not a big loss, flash is the worst delivery company I've used in Thailand, uninstall.
