The worst delivery company. They marked my order DELIVERED but I didn't receive my parcel. Plus they didn't take a picture of where they delivered my parcel. I've been calling the rider and the company's customer service but no one answered my call. If I can rate them ZERO, I will certainly do.

The app is trash. All I need is tracking my parcel but the app forced me to register or login with them. The service is awful. My parcel took almost a week to deliver (and by the time I'm writing a review, I haven't received the package yet). Their customer services takes ages to contact, either on live the website live chat or on the call center. Would recommend you to use other service provider.

Live chat features are unusable. My parcel is "being delivered to me" for 2 days and no one knows where it is. Customer support is useless. Also once, I scheduled for a parcel pickup and no one came at the scheduled time. And the driver's phone number displayed on the app are not even of the driver but a random person. Seriously use ANY other delivery service. Flash Express sucks, plain and simple.
