Never use Flash Express if you value your parcels. The delivery crews are careless. They broke my parcel although I wrapped it up with 4 layers of bubble wrap, and sent it back to me. I can't search my tracking number in the "Claim" section, either. So the company itself doesn't take responsibility for the damage it has caused.

The app is trash. All I need is tracking my parcel but the app forced me to register or login with them. The service is awful. My parcel took almost a week to deliver (and by the time I'm writing a review, I haven't received the package yet). Their customer services takes ages to contact, either on live the website live chat or on the call center. Would recommend you to use other service provider.

I couldn't complain much about the app when the entire operation functions so poorly. You have to hand the parcel to the courier and hope that the courier would log your shipment in the system so that you can track it. Aren't you supposed to be able to track your shipment as soon as you create it in the app? It is also difficult to reach the customer service. 15 min wait on the phone or wait forever on live chat. Not exactly - you get disconnected after 30 min.
