The worst delivery company. They marked my order DELIVERED but I didn't receive my parcel. Plus they didn't take a picture of where they delivered my parcel. I've been calling the rider and the company's customer service but no one answered my call. If I can rate them ZERO, I will certainly do.

The app is trash. All I need is tracking my parcel but the app forced me to register or login with them. The service is awful. My parcel took almost a week to deliver (and by the time I'm writing a review, I haven't received the package yet). Their customer services takes ages to contact, either on live the website live chat or on the call center. Would recommend you to use other service provider.

Need to register to check status proof of delivery, they ask for your passport numbers which you should not give to anybody it is a very personal information, just f your mom information thief
