item pick up tuesday, and till now friday not deliver the item. When i track the tracking number there's only showing unloading item, and still stuck at the same place. I don't feel doubt people comented worse for this apps service. I understand! Every place need to follow the instuction map adress.. but how worse your service if someone send item and stuck for 3 day in same place!? Is this delivery?

On website tracking. It Shown, call on receiver & unable deliver due to receiver reschedule. I did not receive any phone call. My name and office address correct. It been 2 weeks unable to deliver to my office working hour. I end up to the their warehouse to check and up pick. But admin told me, parcel with the delivery guy, but delivery guy not yet arrive. The admin to told me to wait. Seriouly? My time wasted and i have to use my annual leave.

the worst courier company.parcel delayed without any reason.complaint to CS just to put "rush order".but nothing change.re-deliver the item,because they said "cant contact the customer",but theres no one from courier contact the customer.
