A PICTURE OF WHAT THE WORD MEANS TO YOU
Every word gets a picture. You choose a memorable scene, or write your own, and Flashfriend makes the picture from it. Because it starts from what the word means to you, not a stock photo, it's far easier to recall.

A SOUND CUE AND A PLACE FOR EVERY WORD
Each word gets a sound cue: shū sounds like "shoe". And every word that starts with the same sound happens in one place you know, the way memory champions remember. Recall the place and the word's first sound comes back with it.

TONES AND GENDERS IN COLOUR
The details that slip away first become the colour of the picture. In Mandarin, the first tone is red, so the book is red. In Spanish and French, la words are blue. You'll never mix them up.
