About this app

IonRider is the official mobile companion to FlashOps Center — IonDynamics
Energy's cloud platform for managing mobile EV-charging robots (FlashBot),
charging hubs (FlashHub) and charging base stations (FlashBase).

It is built for fleet operators, on-site technicians and operations managers
who need a fast, secure, on-the-go way to keep their charging assets running.
You sign in with the same FlashOps Center account you use on the web, and
every screen is permission-aware: customers see only the devices that are
assigned to them, while administrators see the full fleet.

KEY FEATURES

• Live device monitoring
See online / offline status, state of charge, power, voltage, temperature
and connectivity for every FlashBot, FlashHub and FlashBase you operate,
pushed in real time over a secure WebSocket channel.

• Automatic task tracking
Charging sessions (EV charging, AC power supply, base-to-bot top-up,
external charging, V2G discharge) are detected automatically from the
device telemetry. Browse running tasks, drill into per-task energy and
duration metrics, and review history with multi-dimensional filters.

• Direct device control
Authorised users can open the cable hatch, deploy or retract the charging
cable, adjust volume, start or stop a charging session, and follow the
command status (pending → sent → executing → executed) without leaving
the app.

• Smart alerts and notifications
Receive push notifications for low battery, device offline, faults and
custom alert rules configured in FlashOps Center. Acknowledge, mute or
resolve alerts directly from the notification list.

• Energy dashboard
At-a-glance daily, weekly and monthly views of energy delivered, sessions
completed and average session duration across the fleet you can access.

• Built for the field
Dark theme by default, full English and Simplified Chinese localisation,
responsive layouts for phones and tablets, and a session that survives
poor network conditions thanks to automatic retry and reconnection.

WHO IT'S FOR

IonRider is intended for IonDynamics Energy customers and partners who
already have a FlashOps Center account. It is a B2B operations tool — it
will not show any data unless an administrator has assigned at least one
device to your user.

DATA AND PRIVACY

The app talks only to your tenant on https://operation.iondynamics.energy
over TLS. We do not sell your data, do not run third-party advertising
SDKs, and do not embed analytics that are not strictly necessary for
