About this app

Email Cleaner clears thousands of old messages in minutes. Swipe left to delete, right to keep, and unsubscribe from newsletters you never read.
Works with Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, iCloud, Yahoo and any IMAP account. Everything stays between your phone and your provider.

Your inbox has 12,000 unread messages. Store promos, old receipts, a newsletter you signed up for years ago. Removing them one by one takes forever, and a regular mail app was never built for that.

SORT WITH A SWIPE
• Every message becomes a card: left to remove, right to keep
• Everything is grouped by year and month, so you can start with the oldest pile
• Filter by unread, read or all, and switch between Promotions, Social, Updates and Starred
• Changed your mind? Undo the last card

CLEAN IN BULK
• Skip one store and the app catches the same sender across its domains, like every *.aliexpress.com address
• Queue a whole month for removal, or keep it all, in one tap
• See how much storage you will free before you confirm

UNSUBSCRIBE FROM NEWSLETTERS
• When you clear newsletters, pick the senders you want to leave
• The app uses the unsubscribe link the sender provides, so new messages stop coming

NOTHING DISAPPEARS BY ACCIDENT
• Cards you swipe away wait in a review queue, nothing is deleted until you confirm
• Removed messages go to your Trash folder, most providers keep them for 30 days
• A step by step guide inside the app shows how to restore them

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo and any IMAP account connect with an app password, Outlook and Hotmail with Microsoft sign-in
• Passwords are encrypted with the Android Keystore on your phone
• We don't keep copies of your messages on any server

EXTRAS
• Home screen widget with your unread and read counts
• Optional reminders every few days to keep things tidy
• Dark mode and 9 languages

WHO IT HELPS
• Anyone looking at a five-digit unread counter
• People subscribed to every store, airline and app newsletter
• Gmail users who want their Google storage back
• Freelancers and small teams with several accounts
• Anyone who wants to reach inbox zero and stay there

INBOX REPORT
• Connect an account and see who fills it: top senders, newsletters, heavy messages
• Clean up a whole sender in one tap, or pick the largest emails to free space
• Auto-clean rules queue old messages from chosen senders every time you open the app

FREE AND PRO
Free: one mailbox, daily free swipes, the inbox report, the review queue, 3 unsubscribes and one sender cleanup to try.
Pro: unlimited swipes, cleanup by sender and month, unsubscribe from everything, large email cleanup, auto-clean rules and unlimited mailboxes. Choose a one-time lifetime purchase or a subscription.

Email Cleaner moves messages to the Trash on your mail server. Check the queue before you confirm, and restore anything you need from the Trash within your provider's retention period.
