Fortune lets you send short, anonymous messages to one person somewhere in the world. You don’t choose the recipient or browse public profiles. You can also receive words and music that someone else has sent.

Say thanks without starting a chat
When a message means something to you, send a thank-you card. There are no follows or DMs for keeping a conversation going. A small exchange can be just that.
Write during a break. Read a card before bed. On days when you have nothing to say, it’s fine to just read. Open Fortune when you feel like it.
