Great app, there are so many awesome things about this app that can keep you up-to-date and aware about your mortgage. However, since the update that came out Jan. 2024, I can no longer make additional payments to the principal through the app. You can adjust your monthly payment but if you wanted to make ANOTHER payment toward the principal you can NOT do that now. PLEASE fix this!!

Very disappointed with this loan company. I refinanced with them and got a low interest rate. Only for the first few months were fine but my payments went up by $500! I feel like I'm getting scammed. I should've stayed with Rocket mortgage. I'm never using them again.

Flat branch is the best to work with! When you are trying to get you credit score where it needs to be they are there with excellent ideas to help bring your score up. Once you are where you need to be on your credit they also help with your home loans. We have been with flat branch for some time now and we can ALWAYS rely on them to get back with us as soon as they can.
