FlatEarn streamlines shared apartment management. Rent, bills, and daily expenses are clear for both landlords and tenants. And if you're looking for a room, you can find it on the map and book it directly through the app, without agencies.
How it works:
1. Create your apartment and invite your roommates or tenants with a code.
2. Rent is generated each month and divided according to your agreement.
3. Upload your electricity, water, gas, or internet bills, and they'll be split among everyone.
If you rent:
• See at a glance who has paid and what's still owed.
• Set up a payment in cash or by bank transfer, or cancel it if it was a mistake.
• Automatic reminders before the rent expires.
• Manage all your apartments from the same account.
• List a vacant room on the Radar and receive requests with each interested party's rating.
• Prepare and sign the room contract from your mobile device.
If you live in the apartment:
• Your share of the rent and every bill, down to the penny.
• TriCasa: record purchases, cleaning, or dinner out and see who owes whom.
• Your tenant reputation grows with every on-time payment.
• All your apartment documents in one place.
If you're looking for a room:
• Search on the map, filter, and create alerts.
• Chat with the landlord in the app.
• Applying is free. If the landlord accepts, you reserve the room by paying a 12% commission of the first month's rent. If the landlord backs out, we'll refund you in full.
And also:
• AI-powered savings: upload a bill and see how much you can save.
• Home services with trusted partners: Selectra, Wolly, and Finaer.
• Log in with Face ID or your fingerprint, in Spanish or English.
Rent, security deposit, and bills are paid directly to the landlord or company: FlatEarn doesn't handle that money. Using FlatEarn is free; you only pay the booking fee when you reserve a room on the Radar.
