About this app

Flatra is the operating system for apartment associations. It gives your
residents' welfare association one simple app to run the building — for the
secretary who manages it, and for every flat owner and tenant who lives in it.

One app, three roles. Sign in with your registered mobile number — a one-time
OTP the first time, then a quick 6-digit PIN — and Flatra automatically knows
whether you're the secretary, a flat owner, or a tenant.

FOR THE SECRETARY / ADMIN
• Maintenance dues — generate monthly maintenance for every flat in a tap.
Split real bills across flats, or collect a fixed amount per flat — your
choice, with optional per-flat amounts and clean ceiling rounding.
• Water meter billing — record readings per flat and bill actual usage.
• Collect payments — record cash/UPI collections, filter who's paid, partially
paid or pending, and carry balances forward automatically.
• Bills & expenses — save building bills with receipt photos; repeat monthly
bills automatically.
• Complaints — residents raise issues; track them from Open to Done with
statuses and a discussion thread.
• Announcements — post to all residents or only owners, with reactions and
threaded comments.
