About this app

Na Régua is the scheduling app built for independent barbers: book, confirm and track your appointments with no hassle, even offline.

TRULY FAST
• Book in a few taps: pick a free time, the service and, if you like, the client.
• Walk-in customer? Book without a saved client.
• See your day at a glance: who is coming, when, which service and how much you will earn.

A CLEAN SCHEDULE
• Day and week views.
• The app uses each service's real duration and blocks conflicting times, suggesting the closest free ones.
• Set your working hours, lunch break and one-off days off (doctor, shop maintenance...). A closed day cannot be booked.

CLIENTS AND SERVICES
• Simple client records: name, WhatsApp number and notes.
• History, total spent and next appointment for each client.
• Services with duration and price. The price is saved on each appointment, so changing it later never rewrites your history.

WHATSAPP IN ONE TAP
• Tap "Notify" and WhatsApp opens with the confirmation message ready. You review and send it; the app never sends anything on its own.
• Client without a saved number? Pick the contact inside WhatsApp itself.

REMINDERS
• Notifications before each appointment (from 15 minutes to 2 hours), no internet needed.

SIMPLE INCOME TRACKING
• Expected, earned and received amounts for today, this week and this month, plus average ticket.
• Complete the appointment and record the payment: Pix, cash, card or other.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
• Everything stays on your device. No sign-up, no login, no cloud.
• Export and import a backup whenever you want.
• Light, dark or automatic theme.

Free, with one discreet ad banner on secondary screens, never while booking or getting paid.

App language: Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR).
