Within a company, the vehicle fleet is often the second or third post operations costs. FleetNote allows companies to reduce that cost through several mechanisms:
* Motivating drivers to permanently adopt reasonable behavior because they weigh more than 40% of the total fleet costs (fuel, insurance, maintenance, rehabilitation costs ...)
* Easily share operational indicators within the company to better control operating costs and respond more quickly,
* Promoting competition between suppliers since the company is no longer a prisoner of computers from a single supplier

Designed and tailored for small and medium organizations
Large companies have many fleet management solutions, SMEs are struggling to find an appropriate response to the management of their vehicle. It is against this observation that FleetNote wanted to offer a fleet flying online application dedicated to businesses, corporations and communities of small sizes, combining simplicity and savings.

In order to involve the driver, whose role within the fleet is very important, FleetNote decided to address him by providing many features through this application.
For example, it can access all the information in one click and automatically trigger the call from their smartphone. He can follow his line indicators and receive alerts by email when fuel consumption seems unusual: it improves their driving behavior and can see himself. Garages and providers authorized by his company are located and the application provides him the route. Upon renewal of his vehicle, he can make his choice in the catalog offered by his company. It can also perform administrative tasks remotely. It is now more efficient, responsible and involved.
