About this app

The Fleetistics field service app separates work and personal activity. The app tracks mileage and time for work and personal records. Personal activity is not shown on the map but time and mileage is still calculated for personal records.

Clock in/out of your shift, on/off work breaks, and on/off of personal time.

Work tracking provides on-duty and break time. Time and mileage history is stored in the app but can also be emailed in Excel to a personal account and an optional company email account.

Display the work route on the map showing status changes, path traveled and way-points.

When on personal time, your route is not displayed on the map but mileage and time is available for tax and mileage reimbursement records.

The app can be connected to a Fleetistics cloud portal for mapping all company app users and fleet GPS tracking devices.

The waypoint feature monitors stops for foot patrol door checks, mark objects for follow up service or indicate a point of interest.

The SOS button can alert your company or anyone via email a situation has developed. Although not meant to be a lifesaving tool, it offers a way to alert others of an issue via email or on a map with the option portal service. The optional API service can share SOS alerts with your system or display the location in our portal. This helps your company guide support or emergency services to your location. (911 does not monitor the SOS function and this is not intended to be a life saving function).

Fleetistics also provides GPS tracking and telematics for fleet managers. Track vehicles, assets and equipment in the same portal as the mobile application. ELD, driver ID and other features make the unified platform and portal a robust and flexible solution for fleets of all sizes.
