About this app

Spartan Shield™ is the companion app for Fleet Spartan Sentry™. It authorizes fueling, captures every detail, and syncs records to the cloud—so fleets and mobile fuelers get accurate, audit-ready data without paperwork.

How it works:
Scan an asset’s QR code or pick from a filtered list
Authorize the transaction and start fueling via secure controls
Automatically record and sync session data to your Fleet Spartan portal

Data captured:
Date & time, driver, asset ID & description
Volume (gallons or liters) and fuel type
Odometer or hour meter
GPS location of the fueling session

For Fuel Yard Operators:
Secure, driver/asset-tied authorization for on-site tanks
Clear visibility into who fueled what, when, and how much
Accurate records for billing, compliance, and reporting

For Mobile Fuelers (wet-hose & bulk delivery):
Track client and site on each stop
Generate delivery tickets instantly
Download or email tickets to customers on the spot

Requirements:
Fleet Spartan Sentry™ hardware and an active Fleet Spartan account
Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) for device connectivity
