About this app

FleetView is the field app for drivers and fleet operators. It records vehicle inspections on departure and return, with photos, and works even where there is no cell phone signal.

MADE FOR THE YARD, NOT THE OFFICE

Yards, roads, and underground garages almost never have network coverage. In FleetView, the entire process happens on the device itself: checklist template, answers, photos, and mileage are saved locally and upload automatically as soon as a connection appears. Nothing is lost, and no one needs to wait for a signal to work.

ONE CHECKLIST, THREE PHASES

The checklist tracks the vehicle's lifecycle, not just filling out a form:

• Opening — the driver receives the vehicle and records how they picked it up
• In progress — the vehicle is en route
• Completed — the return trip has been recorded and the cycle is closed

The app shows how long the cycle has been open, with a live counter, including in the notification bar. A vehicle that left and did not return is visible.

PHOTO AS EVIDENCE

Each position required by the model has its photographic record, and items marked as problematic require a photo. The image is only deleted from the phone after the server confirms receipt. This is what makes the record valid in a dispute over liability for damage.

FUELING AND INCIDENTS IN THE SAME FLOW

At the end of the shift, the application asks if the vehicle was refueled and if anything happened. Refueling records liters, value, and type of fuel with a photo of the receipt and the pump, and feeds into the calculation of average consumption and cost per kilometer. The incident records what happened, whether the vehicle can continue running, and up to three photos.

• Access via CPF (Brazilian tax ID) and PIN, fast on shared devices that change hands several times per shift

FOR THE MANAGER

The web panel receives everything in real time: history by vehicle and by driver, photos, fuel consumption and cost-per-kilometer indicators, and the queue of incidents by severity.

HOW TO START

FleetView is contracted by the company. Access is created by the manager on the panel, and the driver enters with the CPF and PIN they received. There is no individual registration through the application.
