Operations +Fleexi is the official app for Fleexi Distribuidora employees working in condominiums served by the company.

Designed for cleaning and maintenance teams, the app organizes the workday with clear routines, photographic records of work performed, call tracking, and PPE management with chain of custody.

MAIN FEATURES

• Daily routines per condominium — scan the QR Code of the work location and see exactly which tasks to perform today, with defined time windows and order.

• Execution record with before/after photo — visually verify each completed task. Execution time is calculated automatically.

• Real-time calls — receive notifications of new calls from the scanned condominium and prioritize what is urgent.

• Digital PPE forms — record delivery, return, and disposal of personal protective equipment with signature on your cell phone and automatically generated PDF.

• Offline mode — continue working even without internet. Everything synchronizes when the connection returns.

• Daily History — track your progress, streak of days worked, and completed tasks.

WHO IT'S FOR

This is an internal corporate application. Access depends on credentials provided by the condominium manager where you work. It is not possible to create an account directly through the app.

• All data travels via a secure encrypted connection (HTTPS).

• Photos and records are stored only for operational audit purposes.
