The application offers the school leader a management system for managing and placing available and qualified flexible workers in the event of the absence of permanent group teachers.
By appealing to the intrinsic motivation of the flex workers, we create a flexible shell around the school and the app contributes to arranging replacements adequately, quickly and with results and to arrive at the most suitable solution of the day. The application enables flexible workers to manage their availability and preferences.

In addition, the application provides management information and insights to school boards and school leaders about the historical deployment of flex workers.
