• Live-chat conversations from your website now appear in the app's inbox, and you can reply to them from your phone.
• A "Website" filter at the top of the inbox, alongside the other channels.
• Replies are text — that is what the channel itself supports.
Refinements
• Each channel filter now carries its own logo and fills with that channel's colour when selected, instead of a small dot beside a label.
• Live-chat conversations from your website now appear in the app's inbox, and you can reply to them from your phone.
