Flex Town is the official app for tenants of Flex Town self-storage facilities. Manage your storage unit, keep an eye on your space, and handle billing — all from your phone.

What you can do:

• Account dashboard — See your unit details and account status at a glance the moment you sign in.

• Live camera view — Check in on your unit's facility cameras in real time, right from the app.

• Billing & payments — View invoices, see your balance, and manage your payment methods without calling the office.

• Water & power usage — Track utility usage for climate-controlled and powered units.

• Notifications — Get account and facility alerts as they happen.

• Valet pickup & delivery — Request valet service to have items picked up from or delivered to your unit.

• Move-out requests — Planning to leave? Submit a move-out request directly from the app.

• Multi-account support — Manage more than one Flex Town account from a single app if you rent at multiple facilities.

• Secure sign-in — Optional biometric lock (fingerprint/face) keeps your account secure on your device, with a password fallback always available.

Your account is set up for you by your Flex Town facility — just sign in with the email and password provided when you rented your unit.
