DO NOT DOWNLOAD! They steal your money. They will not cancel your subscription and then claim you created another account with the same email. This means you'll have 2 accounts under the same email, but 1 doesn't show in the account section. Therefore, you can't cancel it, and they will keep charging your credit card. They did this to me for 3 years. When I finally decided to look at my Amex statement, I found out their scheme.

I've been locked out my account by a software error for over a month. I've contacted you twice by (unstaffed) livechat. Only to get an email response saying my chat had gone into spam. Twice. I sent you a formal complaint email over a week ago. All I got was an automatic response saying you received my complaint. I'm paying for your service that I can't access. And you're ignoring me. This is beyond incompetence and feels deliberate.

Overcharged my credit card for a yearly subscription paid me back only after I told them. Gave me no sort of recompense for it and the app barely works half the time. Said it would track hashtags but suddenly its only the ones you favorited. I favorited a set and have yet to see any specific analytics on that. Rough start. Not a great impression and I depend on this app a lot unfortunately.
