The site seems perfect as someone who wants to improve my photography and see what other photographers are doing. The problem for me is that the upload on the mobile app is very iffy. Sometimes it uploads and sometimes it doesn't and it's really frustrating to title and describe your photo and tag it and set it up all for the app just to decide it doesn't want to. I want Pro, but I'm not sure I wanna spend $82 for a buggy app that works less than 50% of the time.

Although I have been on Flickr for almost 20 years, I used to do most work on my PC. Now I use my phone a lot, and...meh 1. does not upload consistently from phone, takes multiple tries, and no error message. I end up uploading from my laptop a lot 2. no support available through phone app 3. photo quality seriously degraded when uploaded from phone 4. doing tasks like add to groups, etc, is not easy, you need to fish around a lot to figure it out

The app gives notifications when it has uploaded photos, but when I tap to expand them, it just has empty content, which is a weird behavior. This app doesn't display images at their full resolution, which is a bit unsettling, especially when looking at your own photos uploaded from your phone. Not a problem if you're just quickly browsing, but can be an issue if you're zooming in to check finer details or read text. The full size does get uploaded, so you can still see that on the website.
