I'd much rather call FBO's personally and make sure all options and requitements are discussed and verified as complete. I've had several car rentals get delayed because of lack of commumication. Great idea on paper, guys, but in rural America it just doesn't replace the personal touch.

Middleman app. No advantage over contacting the FBO directly. During a recent trip, did not find it useful, especially at smaller airports and FBOs. The creator then started pestering me by phone when I left them a previous bad review. Maybe focus on improving your service instead of misusing your database.

App is not intuitive. In order to create a trip, you have to start by drafting an FBO notification, then backtrack to add details about the other airports and FBOs you'll be using on that trip. The website isn't great either, but it's leaps and bounds ahead of this app.
