it is convenient, but it would be nice if it had any sort of notification to warn you of a disconnection. I literally got paid today, and my account is negative 38cents, I immediately paid, but now I have to sit in the dark until it's reconnected. also, it doesn't need to ask me if I need info on solar EVERY SINGLE TIME I open it. hitting yes immediately takes you out of the app to a website, once is fine, but it asks every time I open it

When when you're trying to set up an account it seems like the information never matches what they have and this company is just absolutely dishonest but they don't have any competition or anything very very dishonest company but I don't know what to tell you unless you get a generator or something I mean it's not like there's another light company in town I think there's a board of commissioners that you can go to in Jefferson City that regulates them and I highly recommend it to something need
