Seemed like a good idea at first, but really only worth it if you spend big money. Using it for everyday purchases like gas & groceries basically earns nothing back. But the real problem is how misleading it is. I purchased $250 in Nintendo gift cards to buy my daughter a Nintendo switch for Christmas, only to find out when I tried using it that it only works for games (which the details did not say). Nintendo says I have to get a refund from FlipGive, but they won't refund me. Stay away!

Terrible recent update changes. We have used the App for our son's team and we used to see others totals which promoted friendly competition. You can no longer see the team's individual progress totals. App is slower than the previous version. Would be nice to get clear instructions on how to purchase and transfer gift cards as the process on some can be a bit frustrating and overwhelming

The June 2026 app update is awful! Can't see my team's progress anymore. That's a huge loss. Much less user friendly and scaled back too far. Hard to find my own progress too. PLEASE revert back to the old app! EDIT Aug 2026: I'm removing another star because none of my shop online sessions are being properly paid out. I have 4 claims processing, all taking far longer than the 5-7 days to be resolved, likely 2 more claims on the way. Our team is missing out on the funds promised.
