Well after installing quiet a few systems. There's quiet a few things that could be looked at. For instance, if I install a doorbell camera for someone(customer not present), there's no way to look at the device unless I create an account. Then I can't transfer that account. I have to delete the account and wait for customer to be present. Big hassle when the customer in only in town 1 weekend a month. There's more but that's the biggest.

Using night owl for long time.. Didnt want to switch because they got everything right.. But still changed my system for my business and i depend on using the app alot.. Comparing both i think i lost a lot.. Lorex doesn't have an option to see the cameras with higher resolution like if u wanted to. The play back is awful and hard to see with yellow lines on white background. Very slow to load cameras. Half the screen is wasted. Auto rotation and more. I wish the app was better.. So disappointed

This system is worthless unless you're viewing it from home. After 3 hours worth of phone calls, 3 separate calls, it's still not working remotely. The customer service is not pleasant and they are hard to understand due to a thick accent. The last call I requested a supervisor, after 48 minutes and her saying it was my internet connection, and was informed that there wasn't one. My internet connection was working fine. It's only the remote app that isn't. Very disappointed.
