Still no update to fix the problems. Almost the end of the year. Been like this for almost 6 months. The system is still useless for anything but live viewing. Worked great until this last update. Still does not send notifications of any kind at all. Why has this not been fixed!!! Will never purchase another Lorex product. So glad I have allready put up a different brand of solar cameras. About ready to take this old system down and give it to someone. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

Using night owl for long time.. Didnt want to switch because they got everything right.. But still changed my system for my business and i depend on using the app alot.. Comparing both i think i lost a lot.. Lorex doesn't have an option to see the cameras with higher resolution like if u wanted to. The play back is awful and hard to see with yellow lines on white background. Very slow to load cameras. Half the screen is wasted. Auto rotation and more. I wish the app was better.. So disappointed

This system is worthless unless you're viewing it from home. After 3 hours worth of phone calls, 3 separate calls, it's still not working remotely. The customer service is not pleasant and they are hard to understand due to a thick accent. The last call I requested a supervisor, after 48 minutes and her saying it was my internet connection, and was informed that there wasn't one. My internet connection was working fine. It's only the remote app that isn't. Very disappointed.
