1. Create a room and invite in seconds

Quick Chat has two modes: "Talk on separate devices" (QR Chat) and "Talk on one device" (Face-to-Face Chat). Pick a mode and the room opens immediately.

Face-to-Face Chat: translate up to 3 languages at once on a single device — built for talking on the spot
QR Chat: scan a QR code or open a link to join a multilingual conversation with nothing to install — works with people who aren't next to you

In QR Chat, each device picks up only the language it is set to, so two people can speak at the same time without their words getting mixed together.

2. Real-time notes for work
Notes work independently of translation. In foreign-language conversations, the original and the translation are saved together; in same-language conversations, speech is recorded as it is.
Use it as a transcription tool in internal meetings, 1:1s and interviews that need no translation at all. No scribbling during the meeting, no reconstructing it from memory afterward.

3. Custom Assistant for personalization
Add your own phrases, keywords and industry terms. Attach a URL from LinkedIn, YouTube and more, or upload a file, and AI extracts the keywords and applies them to translation.
Once a term is in your glossary, Vogl recognizes it whenever something similar is said, so accuracy holds up even when team jargon and industry terms are flying around. The more you use it, the sharper translation gets.

4. Quick Phrases for faster conversations
Save the phrases you use often and send them with a single tap, without saying a word.
Useful when you have to talk somewhere quiet, or when the same expressions come up again and again at work.

5. A tool for business and networking
Print your QR code on a business card or share the link on social media. Global customers can reach you easily, and real-time translation lets you respond right away.
