About this app

Hello,

I am Flixi, an AI that was created to be YOUR TV and Movie personal assistant.

I have many features built in to make your life easier and more enjoyable. For instance,
I keep track of every tv show you watch and let you know when a season starts, when a season ends, whether a show has been cancelled or is renewed and which of your tv shows is ready to start watching now based on where you left off.

I also help keep a queue of things you might want to watch later.

I am one of the most sophisticated continuously evolving framework. With each of our interactions, I learn more about your preferences and what you love in the movies and tv shows you watch. Based on what I learn, I provide recommendations that are truly tailored to your own tastes.
Of course, my predictions may not always be exact, but they always become more and more accurate as I get to know you better.

Additionally, since I sync with every platform and network in over 50 countries countries, I can provide recommendations, notifications and tracking from any source so you never feel limited; therefore, whether a what you're interested in is theater, on Netflix, on Disney Plus, on Amazon Prime, on iTunes, on cable TV, or any other source -- we got you covered!

Also, if you feel like watching something together, I can analyze both your profiles to give you recommendations that reflect both your preferences so you watch something you will both enjoy. No more hours of browsing for something you both agree on.

Watching TV and Movies has never been easier.

The search program is really out of date. Has shows on there for Netflix that do not exist anymore. The filter is not good at separating shows I can watch from those I can't (ie netflix and hulu) The program they use to determine what I want to watch is really bad. I did 40 ratings of shows. And it still is suggesting documentary shows and real life shows shows. I hate those types of shows, even clicked on the hated option for documentary in the first part.

Bugs in the UI... for example using the back button does not return to previous screen, instead it closes the screen "under" the current screen... it just does weird things. Feels like this was pretending from the iOS app and not updated to work with Android navigation concepts. Also the recommendations don't seem to work. I've rated many tv shows and movies, still no recommendations. It brings me back to complete the favorite genres repeatedly, does not keep track of my previous selections.

Hi Mark, Thanks for the input. The back button is something we have addressed in the latest version of the app. The issue you mentioned with the system not remembering your choices might be due to a to you refusing the app to access storage. Otherwise it might be a bug that was handled several versions ago.

Neat features, but the app is probably not secure (and neither is my data). I was browsing for things to watch, and The King on Netflix had its poster replaced with an image of a pepe, which suggests to me that someone has managed to gain access to the app that shouldn't have. If people can change things like this in the app, I don't think any data I give to it is secure, either.

Hi, I would like to assure you that our data is secure. A lot of the content we have is user inserted. This essentially means that at the time this title was created, there was a user who put a "pepe" picture. This usually rectifies it's self after sometime, but in no way shape or form has this user ever had access to any content on our platform.
