I have been trying to access my messages via multiple web browsers without success. Each time there is an error that happens that won't allow me to access my messages. I thought well surely the app wouldn't have this issue. I was wrong. Still have to wait to get it in the mail to see what they sent.

Having an extremely hard time just trying to log into my member portal no matter if I do it on the web browser or the app when I go to login it asked that it verifies my number but it never sends me the code to verify and there's no button on the home page to ask for help with this situation. Very frustrating.

Horrible website. Never got a confirmation code even though it said I would be receiving one in a couple of minutes. The last attempt I waited 25 minutes for a code and never received one. I attempted this three times and then gave up. I guess this is how Medicaid make sure you can't access any of your benefits.
