Cloud Chrono is a floating stopwatch that stays on top of any app on your screen — including the Camera app — so you can time whatever you're doing without switching screens or losing your place.

HOW IT WORKS
Start the stopwatch, tap "Show overlay," and a small floating timer appears on top of whatever you're using. Open the Camera, a browser, a workout app, anything — the timer keeps floating on screen, fully readable, while the app underneath works exactly as normal.

The floating timer is for your eyes only: it is never recorded into your photos or videos. Cloud Chrono does not use the camera, does not use the microphone, and does not touch your media files in any way.

• Choose your time format: MM:SS, MM:SS.d, MM:SS.dd, HH:MM:SS, or HH:MM:SS.dd
• Light on battery — the timer is driven by the device's real elapsed-time clock, not a constantly-running loop

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Cloud Chrono does not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, videos, contacts, or location. It has no internet permission, collects no personal data, uses no analytics, and shows no ads. Everything the app needs to remember (your timer's elapsed time, your laps, your display preferences) stays on your device.

Anyone who needs a visible running clock while doing something else on their phone: recording workout or cooking videos with a visible timer, timing presentations or speeches, tracking study or focus sessions, running lab or kitchen timers alongside other apps, or simply keeping an eye on elapsed time without leaving what you're doing.

PERMISSIONS USED
• Display over other apps — required to draw the floating timer window
• Post notifications — required by Android to show the small ongoing "timer is running" notification while the overlay is active
• Vibrate — used only if you enable vibration for when a countdown finishes
