I have been messaging floatpays about the error i experienced over the weekend when buying electricity but no one is replying. I know they don't work weekends hence why i waited till today but no response even though it states currently replying in 2 mins and then changes to 6 mins. I have never had an issue buying electricity before and felt i needed to let them know there is a technical issue. No acknowledgement at all.

The only good thing about this app is that I can withdraw normally before payday, but the other features are just horrible, I tried drawing a budget but I keep on getting an error when doing that, the savings feature is the worst.
