JTI’s Annual Conference is more than a company gathering. It is a moment where the entire organisation comes together to reflect on where we have been, recognise where we are today, and imagine where we are going next.

Inspired by the evolution of music, the conference uses the changing sound of generations as a powerful analogy for the evolution of JTI. Just as music has continuously transformed—from its roots and traditional sounds, through iconic eras and technological breakthroughs, to today’s dynamic and connected soundscape—JTI has evolved through changing markets, consumer needs, innovation and the people who continue to shape its story.

The conference takes delegates on a journey through the eras of music, using each chapter to represent a defining stage of JTI’s evolution. From the foundations that established who we are, to the moments that challenged us to adapt, innovate and reinvent, each era celebrates how change has created new possibilities.

At its heart, the experience is about recognising that evolution doesn’t mean leaving the past behind—it means taking the best of what has come before and remixing it for what comes next.
