FloLogic is a premium smart leak control system that protects property by monitoring a plumbing system for potential leaks, automatically shutting off the water supply to prevent catastrophic damage. The FloLogic app gives users access to system controls, alerts and enables system settings changes.

The FloLogic System offers:

- Real time detection of plumbing supply leaks throughout a home or business, from pin-hole (beginning at a half-ounce per minute) to high volume
- Low temperature alerts and auto shutoff to prevent frozen pipe damage
- Commercial grade valve body construction rated for indoor and outdoor installations
- Battery backup for continued detection and leak auto shutoff for up to a week after AC power is lost
- Valve sizes of 1”, 1.5” and 2”
- Lead-free bronze and stainless steel ball valve construction
- Communication interfaces with water-demanding devices including irrigation, water softeners and pools, to avoid false alarms
- Adjustable settings to accommodate the unique water demands and occupancy patterns of the user
- Free to use with core features included — optional premium features may require a subscription in the future.

hard to use. very frustrating. can't get back to home control without getting out of the app when I go to my account settings.

Using Android, I loaded the app. Once the blue logo page appears, the app freezes. Can't move off the frozen page. Tried unloading the app and reloading. Tried restarting my phone. Just purchased the Flologic Connect unit at $329. Right now, it's useless! Tried calling company without an answer Happy to give a higher rating, when the app is running smoothly😡🤔😡

Totally unreliable WiFi connection. Can't stay connected more than a minute on a busy Wi-Fi network with Wi-Fi 6 and multiple other devices. Do not buy if you need remote access: you will waste $1000's on a safety device that will be unmanageable remotely in case of a leak.
