I love this! The UI is great, adding boxes and cards is easy, and I really appreciate that it is just a leitner box! And I really appreciate that the free version doesn't have distracting ads! The one thing keeping me from saying 5 stars is that I would appreciate if there were some way in the free version of backing up your cards. I've got hundreds of cards all at different levels, so starting from scratch if I lost my phone would be devastating. Maybe just manual backups could be free?

I put so much effort into creating near 5,000 flashcards, and now it’s all gone to waste. I have completely lost access to all my hard work. Highly unreliable app!

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. This issue affected users in Iran. Due to distribution restrictions, our app isn’t officially available there, so it may not work correctly when downloaded from other regions or used outside supported countries. The issue has now been fixed, and we’ve also replied to you by email.

This app has a great design and is genuinely useful, but it has already failed twice and deleted all of my saved vocabulary. It also keeps saying that no account exists with my email address, forcing me to reinstall the app and enter all of my words again. This means all of our previous progress and effort are completely lost. This issue has happened to several users, making the app unreliable and very frustrating to use. Please fix these bugs as soon as possible.

Hi. This issue affects some users in sanctioned countries, including Iran, especially when the app is installed outside the official region or via third-party services. Due to restrictions, some features like login and cloud sync may not work. Unfortunately, we cannot control these limitations. Thank you for your understanding.
