When app connects for the first time, please provide authorization by using physical remote of TV. This authorization is one time, however if you decline or forgot to authorize please navigation TV menu as below and Allow app remote.
Menu -> General -> External Device Manager -> Device Connection Manager

So far I'm enjoying this remote. I installed on our bedroom TV mostly for the sleep feature. I hated going through all the steps just to set my sleep timer. I reviewed all the apps and am extremely happy to have found this one. The simple sleep timer is already worth any other inconvenience....if I should happen to have any. So far, so good! Thank yoy

I don't know what happen with other ppl issues, but this one has been really great for my samsung tv, it connect instantly while other app can't. It can turn on while tv is off. And the ads is only that much , surely you can avoid it, it's better than non stop pop ads. So thankyou developer , and don't let few bad comment discouraged you. Keep up the good work 😀 Thankyou for great apps !!

Does it work? Seems to be interesting, allowing to use either IR or WiFi mode. However, none of it works for my Samsung Q60 series, despite connection WiFi was granted from TV on popup (successful connected to TV via WiFi). To both IR or WiFi, none of the button works!
