I like the fact that it isn't full of people pictures, unlike the desktop site, but the latest "update" won't let me pay bills because it tells me my browser is not up to date. What it means is that although it states it needs android 4.0 or higher, it won't work with android 4.4. I can deposit checks, but I have to use my desktop to pay bills. Also "log out" does not close the app, i have to go to task manager to close out the login screen. Could be MUCH better. Not inspiring to see that your bank rates a 2.9 for app functionality. Hire a better app builder.
Just this week, every time I try to use mobile deposit, it crashes the app and logs me out.
I love this app. I love the fingerprint authentication.. it gives me quick access to my account. I can make deposits through my phone easily which saves me a trip to the bank. New features are always being added!!

Recent upgrade is horrible, lost many of my payment activity, past and scheduled. It now takes many clicks to do a simple Bill pay. To be fair, not just the app stinks now, the desktop Web portal also is horrible.
