This is such a terrible banking app. The interface is slow and it never has biometric sign in turned on even though I click it every time. Half the time it doesn't even sign me in, just has the loading screen infinitely. I really hope the new app is better. As a small business I never go into an actual bank, I only do everything online and if it continues this way I'm going to have to find a new bank. For reference I have a google pixel. Please make the new app just as good for android.

Was... fine. Now unusable for over a month. Launching it results in an endless "loading" state that never allows login, or if it finally gets to login it then hangs permanently after that; clearing cache, storage, restarting, reinstalling -- nothing seems to fix it. ETA: Looks like the problem is using a VPN, which isn't great from a security standpoint. Why should I have to disable protection while I'm on public WiFi just to get this app to work? Will uninstall instead.

App worked great till about a week after the photo-deposit feature was added. Then I got a security error. Can't seem to contact anyone who can fix it, only website and bank customer service. Tried reinstalling and it didn't make a difference. If it was fixed, I'd give it 5 stars, but it's useless as is. It was fixed. Haven't had any problems since (2017). Easy to use, great features. Very pleased.
