The app is pretty rudimentary and doesn't have many features but generally worked ok until recently. The quick access function hasn't been working at all and just spins and crashes when I try to reenable it. Please fix it. It isn't even really an advanced feature to have a fingerprint login anymore, so I'm not sure why you can't make it work reliably. Thanks

Not a reliable application. If it completes loading, good luck getting it to pull your accounts. Not sure what it does to the photos to make them black and white for check deposit, but sometime that goes bad too. I can have this issue on wifi, or cellular connection. I have a current phone with android 10.

I've never had a bank account with so many issues. When I try to contact the customer service people via the app, I end up talking to someone in Nebraska. The app randomly refuses to load on both iPhone and android and the site frequently 404s through the app preventing me from accessing my money. I'll be switching back to chime. Horrible bank and horrible app
