If you currently use the Flo by Moen™ app to manage your device, please follow the in-app migration steps before May 1 to move to the Moen Smart Water Network app.

After May 1, the Flo by Moen™ app will have limited functionality and will be removed from the Play Store later this year.

Such garbage. Devices keep disconnecting randomly. I replace the battery and it says device online for a few minutes then - poof, offline again. Depending who you speak to in support, you could end with a guy dumb as rocks. Tells me it's my network when some of the connected devices are online. I told him I'm holding the disconnected device right next to the WiFi antenna. See something wrong with that? Their support barely know basic troubleshooting techniques. Look elsewhere

The device itself is great and works well. The app needs some work. It doesn't seem to be able to send push notifications in spite of that being enabled. If there is a water alarm and you respond to a text or open the app to clear the alert and describe why this high flow event should be ignored it will still shut our water off.

Edit: I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but this did not show flo sense/manual override in the settings. However, I then joined the beta program. After giving it enough time to join, I then shut down and restarted the app. All of a sudden flo sense and manual override appeared in the settings. It may have just been coincidence. I then exited the beta program and it continued to be there. Just in case this helps someone with the same issue.
