If you currently use the Flo by Moen™ app to manage your device, please follow the in-app migration steps before May 1 to move to our new app.

After May 1, the Flo by Moen™ app will have limited functionality and will be removed from the Play Store later this year.

The previous app worked way better. At least I stayed logged into it at all times, which made it easy to check on alerts. If you are going to make it logout every time the app is closed, at least provide a biometric login to make it quicker than typing in a password. Otherwise, the system itself is great and works great.

Edit: I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but this did not show flo sense/manual override in the settings. However, I then joined the beta program. After giving it enough time to join, I then shut down and restarted the app. All of a sudden flo sense and manual override appeared in the settings. It may have just been coincidence. I then exited the beta program and it continued to be there. Just in case this helps someone with the same issue.

Push notifications do not work?? I used to get them but they stopped. I have permissions for this app enabled on my phone, and have used the app recently, but still don't get the notifications I should. It defeats the purpose of a water monitoring app. Also, I can't batch edit devices. So if I want to enable SMS notifications for all my devices (since push notifications don't work!), I have to do that individually for each device, which is really annoying.
